How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

You can click the link anytime to view real-time shipping updates.

Please note: Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Please note: Once a shipping label has been created and your order has entered the packing stage, we're unable to make changes or cancellations.

To avoid issues, please double-check all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Processing

We typically pack and ship orders within 1 business day (Monday–Friday) using FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Once your order begins processing, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations — but if you have any concerns, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect or Temporary Shipping Addresses

Before placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by temporary or inaccurate addresses (e.g. hotels, short-term rentals, or typos).

If a package is returned due to an address issue, we’ll notify you and offer to reship it.
Reshipping fees may apply.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not issued for packages marked as delivered or returned due to incorrect addresses.
  • If you need assistance at any stage, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refund

Each piece is produced in limited quantities — and for this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at
